Return Policy

Withdrawal rights


Returns worldwide.

All returns, refunds, exchanges from regions outside of the EU (European Union) are unfortunately not accepted unless the product is wrong or damaged. Exceptions can be made however so please contact support@abrokensleep.com and we will help you out as best as possible.


Returns within EU

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day in respect of which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, have taken possession of the goods.


In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). Include your name, address, telephone number, and email address. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.


You may also electronically complete and submit the model withdrawal form or other clear statement on our website abrokensleep.com. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.


In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging including the delivery slip. 

You shall deliver the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to ... return or hand over to us. The time limit shall be met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

 

The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. 


When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a reliable, signed for delivery service. We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. 


For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. 


Lost or missing orders.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

-Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

-Ask your local post office if they have your package

-Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@abrokensleep.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


Wrong/damaged product?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@abrokensleep.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
